Memories make a liar of me,
their shadowed existence
never saw the sun
of your smile,
never tasted tomorrow
on your tongue.
Locked in a castle of dreams,
guarded by reality,
we never had a chance
to run away,
to find freedom in each other.
Fight the dragon, rescue me,
stake the heart of memories.
