Are ignorance and innocence
but two sides of one argument,
If I should sin without intent.
What need have I for penitence?
If sin’s an alien concept
something that is not known to me.
Your point of view that I’m guilty
I see no reason to accept.
If I do what comes naturally.
Obeying Mother Nature’s laws
and I indulge in intercourse.
What blame can then attach to me.
They say that ignorance is bliss
I cannot disagree with this
