Silent whispers upon the night,
hang from stars of silver white.
Cling to dreams of heavy hearts,
wishful words from miles apart.
Across the sky blow winter winds,
bring others hopes around again.
Silent whispers that once belonged,
now a chorus in a winter’s song.
Broken hearts that never mend,
search for beauty at twilights dim.
A fragrant lily a single white,
carries silent whispers upon the night.
