Who want to do and can't.

There are those
Who can but won't.

There are those
Who say they will but don't.

There are those
Who say they can't and just can't.

There are those
Who say they can and will.

And there are those
who help whatever way they can.

Yet there are those
Who wish they could and can't.

Then there are those
Who say they won't and ain't.
