i am alone all alone in the cold dark room
with my depressive cold thoughts taking over me
telling me that i won't make it through the night
i am calling for help but you don't hear me
i feel like my soul is slipping away from me
i scream, but you can't hear me
i am still waiting for you to come and save me
i am still hanging to a thread that someday you might hear me
and you will come and take me
you will reach out for me
your warm smile will heal me
and your hands will take me
please don't let me drown in my dark fears
