You're not silent
You're so loud no one can hear you
Behind closed doors
You don't keep it all inside
You tell every one what's wrong

You're not strong
You're weak & hurting just like every one else

You're not brave
You're fearful & lonely

You're not what you seem
But no one will ever know what happens
