Britney’s song called “Baby One More Time”
played backwards reads as, “Sleep with me, I’m not too young.”
Am I perhaps too forward in my rhyme
when I say, “Don’t be backward, baby, look—I am well hung! ”

If you should read this backwards you might miss
the innuendo that my forward words imply,
for well hung forward means I want to kiss
the loving circle where the r’s are squared times pi.

Dionne Searcey in the WSJ on 1/9/06 (“Behind the Music: Sleuths Seek Messages in Lyrical Backspin: Reverse-Play Audi Software Uncovers Smoke, Satan; A Led Zeppelin enigma”) writes that Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven” has a line referring to “a bustle in your hedgerow” that played backward sounds like “Oh, here’s to my sweet Satan.” Britney Spears “Baby One More Time” become, when played backward, “Sleep with me, I’m not too young.”
