Intro:
The beast resides in deep sleep
In the thirteen month of every year
In the eight day of every week
And in the twenty-fifth hour of every day
That is, unless you’re bipolar.....
The beast resides quietly deep inside your mind
Hibernating like a bear, almost impossible to find.
But it can awaken any hour, any day or month of the year
Demanding attention, like a bugle blowing revelry in your ear.
And when it does awaken, your tired mind is blocking its path
Ready to party and reek havoc, it reminds you of its wrath.
Once the beast is on the move, destruction is what lies ahead
With every second it strengthens, it wants you gone and dead.
You can no longer trust your thoughts, the beast is in command
It navigates, blinding your mind, like a whirlwind of desert sand.
You can no longer trust what you see with your delusional eyes
The beast out of control now, has deceived them with its lies.
There is nowhere to run and hide and no one hears you scream
No awakening from the nightmare, because this isn’t a dream.
There is only one way to silence the beast and leave it for dead
Drive faster, slam into a tree, try to kill what's inside your head.
