The fall of the Berlin Wall on November 9, 1989, prompted former East German art entrepreneur Gerd Harry Lybke to try out his hand at capitalism. He dared set up a private art gallery in the communist East back in the ‘80s, so it's no wonder that once he didn't have any restrictions he quickly became an international success.
