Any song can sound sweet,
if you tune your tone right
Add a lyric
and a melody
and where there is poetry, there is beauty
But some songs are not only a love song
This idea of a twisted, passionate, black and blue love song
is not romantic

You were a broken gadget
and I thought I would know how to handle it.
Like if I could be the only to patch you back up again,
everything would fall into place.
But I lost the injunction
and there were bit lost that I couldn't find
and too many jagged edges.
I couldn't let myself be torn down anymore
in an attempt to keep you whole
