I was not caught up in the fever
of the Royal Wedding
that spread across this land.
I wish the bride and groom
all the best for their future,
through the good times
and the bad ones.
Unlike my wife,
the fever didn’t get me
and I know there are others like me.
Weddings are a woman’s thing
unless you are involved.
Still I wish the couple
every happiness they deserve.
