The darkness is falling faster and faster
As I pound away it creeps closer and closer
My feet slap the ground. and crunch on the stones
If I go now, noone will know
A jet black hand is reaching to grab me
I slip throught its fingers and it gets angry
I hear it rorar, a gut-wrenching sound
I run a bit faster, and concentrate on the ground
The darkness is coming, as fast as a twister
When I pictured my future, it wasn't this sinister
My legs are tired now, I can't go on
So I lay on the floor and think of home
I think of the memories and let the darkness engulf me
I lay dead to the world, bathed in darkness' victory
