I once fell in love with a man
that made my spine tingle with the touch of his hand
I saw a pail complection
even though he cast no reflection.

He loved a moonlit night
and when the timing was right he would kiss me, but it felt like a slight bite
When we started to dance, I felt as I were in a trance
but everything was alright.

So I finally gave myself to him forever and became his vampire wife
throwing away my ambitions, and bringing new definitions
to the night life.
