The Met department has said that no major threat from the tropical storm Nilofar building over the Arabian Sea. As per last updates, the storm’s centre was a little over 900km from Oman’s coast, and it was not likely to cause much damage even if it made landfall. There is nothing to worry about the storm like it was reported a few days ago. Even if it strikes, it will be hardly anything and there will be no destruction,” a Met official said.
