The sun shines bright through azure skies,
Perpetually shedding his rays,
Even when into the dark he hies, —
All nights at length turn into days.

The moon, when day turns into night,
Reflects the sun with silver rays,
Stealing his incandescent light,
Transforming it to twilight haze.
