Flight review of Air Canada's Boeing 777-300ER flight from Santiago, Chile to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Air Canada flight AC92 is routed Toronto to Santiago to Buenos Aires (YYZ-SCL-EZE). The departing flight from Toronto was delayed, resulting in the subsequent leg from Santiago to Buenos Aires being delayed as well.
The delay was handled very professionally and passengers were asked individually if they had flight connections in Buenos Aires, and were assisted accordingly in altering their plans, if necessary. Passengers were also given meal vouchers in view of the 2 hour delay. Ground handling was quick and efficient in turning around the longhaul Boeing 777-300ER aircraft for its departure to Buenos Aires.
Onboard, the touchscreen personal entertainment system was a treat. The flight attendants were warm and professional. It was great that a snack was served and alcohol was complimentary on this 1 hour 30 minute flight. It was a very full load in Economy Class on this sector. Kudos to the flight attendants for their excellent teamwork in carrying a smooth and enjoyable meal service on this short flight.
I felt Air Canada handled the delay very professionally, and my flight experience with Air Canada was enjoyable. Thank you very much for watching!
