This year's edition of the modern art fair FIAC is getting off the ground here in Paris. In the same week, a futuristic modern art museum, the Louis Vuitton foundation, has been inaugurated, and the Picasso museum is re-opening after a long refurbishment. France may be looking to gain a bigger slice of the global art market.
