For example, for me it’s values, congruency, and ethics. I have them like nailed down. I hear them, and my whole back--I feel it in my body. My back gets straight. If I didn’t sleep, I’m immediately energized, like, if I took a shot of Vitamin B12.
Words have the power to change your state, and also your body has the power to change your state.
What you are going to use for this meditation, very simple, you’re going to create your card. You’ve got to choose. That’s your job. You’ve got to do the work, too. You’ve got to choose three words that motivate you. For example, I don’t care if it’s money, if it’s family, if it’s--you can use three of your most important values, and you’re going to write them down. And you’re going to sit down, put the card in front of you, and you are actually going to read the card and just close your eyes and be in silence for seven minutes.
Seven is a great number for creating and taking action. It’s the numerology. It’s a number of power. It’s a number of, actually, great initiations, and it’s the number, actually, of things that transmute, and that can actually create what you call miracles, and miracles are nothing but the creation of your willingness to work.
