A woman is in a Virginia hospital after an Ebola scare at the Pentagon puts nearly two dozen people on edge.

Officials say the woman, who had recently traveled to Africa, vomited after temporarily getting on and off a bus in a Pentagon parking lot.

She was taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital in northern Virginia.

The 22 people on board were taken to a neighborhood in southeast D.C., where it was held briefly before another bus arrived.

The status of the two buses was unclear.

Passengers were free to go after health officials instructed them to monitor their temperatures for 21 days.

Witnesses say they believe the woman had simply gotten on the wrong bus.
