1st Answer: A conditioner or shampoo won't solve your problem!
Knowing what you NEED in your hair products will be what is best for your hair, everyone creates a different formula and says that there product works.
First find out what you NEED in you hair care products so that you can make an educated purchase.

2nd Answer: If you are a swimmer, you have to wash with a chelating shampoo or take preventative measure to prepare your hair before swimming so that you don't have to shampoo all the time.
