Dropbox denies claims 7 million users' accounts hacked

Anonymous hackers claim to have stolen nearly 7 million usernames and passwords from online file-sharing service Dropbox.

However Dropbox denies it has been hacked and says the details were stolen from other services.

Earlier this week whistleblower Edward Snowden criticised Dropbox for being “hostile to privacy” and said web users should only use encrypted services.
