China's Prime Minister arrives in Moscow for a three-day visit

STORY: Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang arrived in Moscow Vnukovo airport on Sunday (October 13). On Monday Li will meet Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and head of Russian parliament's upper chamber.

Li Keqiang was met in the airport by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov, guard of honor and military orchestra.

According to Morgulov, Russia has prepared intergovernmental agreements to sign during Chinese Premier's three-day visit to Moscow including one on a $400 billion natural gas deal agreed in May.

Russian gas exporter Gazprom and China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC) have agreed that Russia will supply China with 38 billion cubic meters of gas starting from 2019.

Russian and Chinese PMs will also sign agreements in nuclear energy, financing, communications and tourism Igor Morgulov said in the interview, which was published on the Russian Foreign Ministry website on Sunday.
