Surendra leaves his father’s home. He meets the heroine who is very poor. He gives her some rotis to eat. Police brings Surendra to the police station where he is released on bail. Meanwhile, the heroine’s brother meets with a car accident and dies. She leaves the house. Surendra and the heroine meet again in a train and fall in love. But the train falls off the track. The heroine loses her memory. She walks out of the hospital to a professor’s house situated nearby. He takes pity on her and allows her to live inside his house. He starts liking her. They plan to get married but Surendra finds her and appeals to the professor to let her go and let them get married. The professor agrees but the heroine still doesn’t remember him. In the end, her memory comes back and gets married to Surendra.
