MIRANSHAH: At least fifteen terrorists, including five foreigners, were killed in Pakistan Army’s airstrikes in ongoing Zarb-e-Azb operation against terrorists in North Waziristan on Sunday.

According to the ISPR, the terrorists were killed in Shawal area while five of their hideouts were also destroyed.

Pakistan began the long-awaited push to clear the militant's bases from North Waziristan Agency in June.

Air strikes, artilleries, mortars and ground troops have been used to retrieve control of territories in North Waziristan which had become safe havens for banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and other militant outfits.
