It's crazy food combinations from East Asia today. China is putting panties on peaches, and Japan is putting fermented soybean goop on shaved ice.
Because you secretly always wanted to think of yourself as a pervert for calling peaches “yummy,” “juicy,” or “luscious,” a company in China has crafted little peach-sized panties, to take that innuendo to a whole other (more obvious) level. A box of 9 peaches sells for about $80, which is way too much money to spend on that quantity of fruit and fabric.

In the meantime, Japan has come up with a food combination/innovation that might become an actual thing: Natto shaved ice. Now, Natto is a fermented soybean paste/goo that’s very popular in Japan, and not so much heard of elsewhere. It’s a love-it-or-hate-it thing, so it’s like the marmite of the Far East. Equally popular is shave ice in Japan, and one place has come up with a way to combine the two, and sell them for… slightly too much money. I’m sensing a theme here…

Would you buy peaches wearing panties, and if you did, would you actually admit that fact to the Internet? What about natto shaved ice? Are you a fan of natto, or are you in the “hate it” camp? Do you think Bacon mac ’n’ Cheese would make a good frozen treat flavor as Noah suggested? If you find Bacon cheddar Frozen Yogurt somewhere, we want to hear about it!
