Representatives of the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) have resumed their peace talks in Havana. The FARC has called for the government to declassify all documentation related to paramilitary groups and to eliminate material with erroneous data. The rebels say that without an end to paramilitaryism and clarification of its origin and those responsible, it will not be possible to turn the page on this chapter in the country's history. teleSUR
