Venezuela released the second video of right-wing student activists Lorent Gomez Saleh and Gabriel Valles in which they revealed the terrorist acts they planned to carry out in October in the state of Tachira, on the border with Colombia. The video reveals they were planning to use C4 explosives to attack an insurance company, a parking lot, and a public bank, among other targets.
