1993 Dodge Colt (Mitsubishi Mirage, Plymouth Colt, Eagle Summit)

Motorized shoulder belts do not function. Both motors are good and no problems with the tracks. Left side stays back, right side stays forward. "Key in ignition" signal stays on with doors closed, but door switches are not faulty.

Today I pulled the ecm for the seatbelts and took a look.

NOTE: I never pursued the issue further before I sold the car.
