2 tbsp oil
Water to cook the bhaji
2 onions, chopped fine
2 tomatoes chopped fine
250 gms Matki (Moth bean, used in sprouts)
Coriander to garnish
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tsp red chilli powder or mix masala
Salt to taste
3/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
3/4 tsp Haldi (turmeric)
