Ingredient
3-4 pieces of pea egg plants
1 tsp of nampla (fish sauce)
½ tsp of bird chillies
A pinch of kaffir lime leaves
1 ½ tbsp of green curry paste
100g of Boneless chicken
Small egg plants
½ cup of thin coconut milk
½ cup of thick coconut milk
TIP: One can dilute the thick coconut milk for the thinner version
Few basil leaves
1 tsp of palm sugar
TIP: For vegetarian thai curry one can use soya sauce instead of napla (fish sauce)
