Ingredients for chicken marination.
1 kg chicken (12 pieces)
3-4 bay leaves
2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
1 bowl yoghurt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp of dhaniya, jeera powder (cumin and coriander )
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
4-5 cardamom
4-5 cloves
1 cinnamon
2 black cardamom (badi eliaichi)
4 green chillies
-------------------
2 bunch methi leaves coarsely chopped (fenugreek leaves)
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 1/2 onion paste
1 bowl cream
