Ingredients:
1 cup of sprouts
2 tsp oil
Handful of spring onion leaves
1 white part of spring onion, cut into halves and then cut into thin slices
2-3 tsp sweet soy sauce
1 small green chilli, cut into thin slices
Pepper powder to taste
2 tsp light soy sauce
Salt to taste
1 garlic clove, cut into thin slices
