There are 500 garden-style apartments on the property, with three options available: efficiency, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom.

Rents for these apartments are incredibly affordable, ranging from $365 to $520 a month, and includes all utilities.

Due to the low rents, many members choose Nalcrest as their winter residence, while living elsewhere during warmer months.

There's a library and pool on the property, and daily activities like bingo allow residents to be as active as they want.

While the community is mainly made-up of former mail carriers and their spouses, the property will occasionally allow union members of other trades or civilians to live there.
