Late last December, Justin Bieber allegedly hit a limo driver numerous times in the head after being picked up with a few friends outside a nightclub. But now, prosecutors say after reviewing surveillance, 911 calls and interviewing witnesses, there was not enough evidence to proceed with a conviction.
