This makes it the third time she’s landed at the top spot on the compilation. Forbes estimates she took in $37 million between June 2013 and June 2014.
The 42-year-old ‘Modern Family’ star earns about $325,000 per episode. That’s not where all the money is coming from though.
As part of licensing deals and endorsements, Vergara reels in quite a bit of cash. She’s worked with a number of companies including Head & Shoulders, Diet Pepsi, CoverGirl and AT&T.
She’s also the co-founder of Latin World Entertainment, which recently partnered with CNET to start a Spanish-language tech news site. In addition to all that, Vergara has a 12-year arrangement with Kmart for her clothing line.
Last year, Forbes listed her income at $30 million and in 2012, it was $19 million. Her most recent estimated earnings are more than this year’s top-earning TV actor, Ashton Kutcher who took in a reported $26 million.
