"ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE" ANGERS ANTI-ABORTION ACTIVISTS
“No ALS Association Ice Bucket Challenge for me, because I`m pro-life and oppose embryonic stem cell research." This message was posted to Twitter by an anti-abortion activist to explain why he wouldn’t be joining the countless others who have participated in this movement that has been sweeping the web over the past few weeks. And he`s not alone, a growing number of people are voicing reservations… 
Scores of "pro-life" web users have said while the "Ice Bucket Challenge" does raise awareness of the degenerative disease of the motor neuron system amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or ALS, the money raised should not go to an organisation like the ALS association which supports clinical trials that use aborted foetal cells. Social networkers are urging others to make donations to other associations, like “Team Gleason” or the John Paul II Medical Research Institute, which they say are more respectful to human dignity.
Some have produced videos to spread the word. They are taking on the famous "Ice Bucket Challenge" but specifying that they will not be donating to the ALS association and urging others to do the same.
