Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader Hamza Shahbaz Sharif has said that no one can demand a resignation from Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. He said that Pakistani nation has rejected Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s politics of protests.
Chef Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif’s son said that Imran Khan has used foul language about PM Nawaz Sharif repeatedly but PM has forbidden us to use similar language against Imran in response. He said that Nawaz Sharif has a lion’s heart. "Imran Khan! You went as far as saying that Nawaz Sharif is a heart patient. Listen Imran! Nawaz Sharif has a lion s heart", Hamza said.
Hamza Shahbaz said that all political parties in the Parliament House have rejected Imran Khan’s unconstitutional demand. He said that National Assembly has unanimously passed a resolution against the unconstitutional demands of PTI. He asked Imran Khan to wait for 4 years.
Hamza Shahbaz praised the civil society, lawyers of Pakistan and the traders’ unions for rejecting Imran Khan’s call for Civil Disobedience Movement. He said that the protesters were unable to digest Pakistan’s economic progress. “Government is constructing dams and power generation projects for curbing the menace of load shedding. We are working on Lahore-Karachi Motorway, Pak-China Economic Corridor and Gawadar Port”, said Hamza Shahbaz.
PMLN leader said that Imran Khan thought for 12 hours continuously but did not consult his party members and as a result, 11 members of PTI have formed a Forward Block. He said that Imran Khan holds a musical show every night.
“Pakistan suffered a loss of 700 billion rupees due to the sit-in”, said Hamza. "Foreign diplomats are unable to move out of Islamabad only because of these sit-ins, Sri Lankan president had to cancel his visit", he said.
PMLN s MNA from Lahore criticized the protest rallies heavily and said that PMLN will not succumb to any pressure.
