More than 100 years ago Sigmund Freud put forward a new and troubling theory of the nature of mankind. From this, Freud's nephew Progressive Edward Bernays developed a new duplicitous propaganda that exploited the emotions and base instincts of the masses, often causing them to make irrational decisions that betrayed their own best interests. out of this grew a new political idea that instead of the masses participating the Democratic Process in a rational, thoughtful manner, government must instead manage and manipulate the masses like livestock. This livestock to be managed and control to serve the interests of government and corporations.
