Hundreds of Malians who have fled tribal fighting to neighbouring Niger are struggling to cope, as aid agencies battle to get vital humanitarian aid to the displaced.
The remote location of Niger's Tilia refugee camp has hampered the aid effort, with few roads leading to the site.
And with fighting in Mali showing no sign of letting up, many aid groups have abandoned delivering aid in the risky area altogether.
