More violence in Ferguson over unarmed teen's death

This is not a war zone. It's Ferguson, Missouri.

Overnight, police fired tear gas, stun grenades and smoke bombs to disperse crowds of protesters.

The clashes came four days after police shot dead unarmed black teenager, Michael Brown.

Police say the shooting happened after a struggle between 18 year old Brown and the unnamed officer.

A witness says Brown had his hands in the air at the time.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) WITNESS TIFFANY MITCHELL SAYING:

"At this time after the shot, the kid breaks away and he starts running away from the cop, the cop follows him and keeps shooting, and the kid body jerks as if he was hit, After his body jerked, he turned around and put his hands up and the cop just continues to walk up and shoot him until he goes all the way down."

As the protest swelled Wednesday night, police arrested 10 people including two reporters and a civic leader.
