The video shows a very crowded, noisy and busy road os the capital of India, Delhi. First 39 secs of the video show the honks and the people running here and there. The last few secs of the video show a couple of cycle rickshaw riders sleeping in peace in all this. This is something that only these rickshaw riders can do. They get so tired after a tough ride that they can sleep peacefully in noise also. That is their afternoon nap, or a short break from a tough job!
