The Buddhist festival of the Kalchakra being presided over by the religious and political head of the Tibetan people in exile in India. The festival was held, in this particular instance, at the Buddhist monastery, the Key Gompa in Spiti in Himachal Pradesh, India. Here, we see the Gunlun giving a religious sermon to an audience of lamas or Buddhist monks while a huge crowd of Buddhist people stands outside. Also seen are the Buddhist lucky signs being taken around and distribution of the prasad.
