Sikkimese dance group performing "Singhi Chham" dance also known as snow lion dance at North East Fest in Delhi.

This is a masked dance of Sikkim depicting the cultural symbol of Sikkim- the snow lion. The local people display the cultural symbol of the snow lion by dressing up with fury costumes and perform the dance form.

North East Festival 2013 - A two days festival in the capital showcasing the cultural and traditional Heritage of the North East region as well as present a case for the future of the region. The event will showcase all the eight states, their success stories, ethnic dances, top musical talents and their tourism potential. Also on display would be a photographic journey to the region known as Paradise Unexplored.

North East Festival 2013 brings the renowned names from the region with cultural evening of songs, dance, performances and fashion show.
