Raagam : Brindavanasarangi, The thillana is performed in both dance forms - Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi.The thillana is usually a fast paced items focusing on footwork. It tests the performer's ability to move fast as well gracefully. It also showcase the artist's ability to balance herself on the rims of the brass plate and perform movements.
