Whisky.com tastes the Arran 7 years old private cask. A "private cask" is a cask that have been filled by the distillery and then sold to a private person or a company. It's the usual way to make a profit early in the whisky production.

The nose:
Only very little peat smoke. Fresh aromas with mint and grass. Also some fruitiness with pineapple and citrus.
The taste:
Very fruity, with a little oakiness appearing.
The finish:
As it progresses it becomes dryer and spicier.
