The defense team for Oscar Pistorius has wrapped up its closing arguments, and so the murder trial of the South African sports icon comes to an end.

All along, the defense team has said the shooting death of Pistorius' girlfriend, model Reeva Steenkamp, in his Pretoria home last year was a tragic accident.

They say Pistorius thought she was in intruder behind a locked bathroom door.
