3.Click the button beside "I don't know my password" then type in your Gmail address.

4.It will ask you to type in the password you remember and click "Continue" or just simply click "I don't remember"

5.You will then have to choose how you want to reset your password either thru phone or email.

6.Open the mail sent for password recovery and follow the instructions

7.Enter your new password.
