ARTWORK INFO:
This took me 5 hours on photoshop and illustrator cs6. I drew the outline artwork on illustrator and added colour in photoshop. Unfortunately, the end of the recording stopped so you can't see the process of adding the highlights, lowlights and extra stars.

I do every aspect of the artwork on different layers from twinkles, highlights, base colour, lowlights and outlines. I use a soft brush to add the highlights and extra brushes to add the fancy aspects like lightning.
