Residents of Beit Hanoun in Gaza were distraught on Saturday as they returned to find many of their homes completely flattened by recent violence, as Israel and Hamas continued a 12-hour humanitarian cease-fire.
Civilians on both sides have been hardest hit over the past 18 days.
