Here's a clip from the first German DVD release of "Return of Godzilla".
Very likely ripped from a previous Laserdisc release by the same company, with the German dub synced the uncut international version, with previously missing scenes in English.
For this DVD release they apparently attempted to cut it down to the German theatrical cut's run time, but someone must have missed those 26 seconds of English dialogue.
